As the new Executive Director of ATC overseeing sales, QA/QC, and business development for Analytical Testing Consultants, Inc. I am proud to announce Mr. Bill Kissel as the new president of ATC.  This change was effective August 1, 2007.  We want to assure our loyal customers, such as you, that we will continue to give great quality work for fair prices with our experienced staff. 

Keith Poole, Vice President and Laboratory Manager, (began 1987) will continue as chief technical report writer and servicing clients from the office. 

Colleen Childers (began 1983) will continue as office manager and Stewart Meadows (began 1992) will continue serving as senior project manager and head of gasoline terminal CEM trailer sampling.  ATC’s other testers include over 20 years of field sampling experience with our primary CEM trailer, Method 5 equipment and various NIOSH and method 18 sampling.

Mr. Kissel spent many years in the Environmental field since graduating with a BS in Environmental Engineering from Norwich University.  He spent several years with the State of New Hampshire Air Resources Division and the State of North Carolina, Division of Air Quality.  Bill left NC DENR in 2001 and worked with several consultants on field projects, sales and management.  He joined ATC in October 2006 and energized ATC with fresh ideas while readily accepting the 25 years of wisdom and experience present in ATC’s current method of operation.  Bill quickly showed the drive, knowledge, and enthusiasm for company growth and quality that I knew ATC needed to move us forward into the next decade.  Bill has extensive field experience and methodology knowledge, but even more so, he brings to the company enthusiasm and a strong work ethic.  It was great to line up during our recent LELAP on-site audit with over 100 years of experience in the field with our company. 

As we began to discuss a change in ownership, it became apparent that Bill was willing and able to accept this new challenge of leadership, allowing me the ability to travel less and utilize my customer service skills to secure our future as a quality air testing consulting firm.  So far it has been a great decision with ATC better than ever - taking the best of some new ideas, adding great expertise and experience to the staff, and re-focusing on a strong future.  2007 has been an exceptional year, thanks to devoted staff and clients like yourself and we plan to continue along this path.
