Analytical Testing Consultants was founded on July 1, 1981 by W. Dan Fink and C. Dan McCombs. The partner's original dream was to provide quality work and excellent service as they met the increasing demand for technical expertise in air pollution sampling.

On August 1, 2007, Mr. Bill Kissel became the new president of ATC as C. Daniel McCombs ventured into a newly established position as Executive Director of ATC overseeing sales, QA/QC, and business development.

ATC continues to provide quality work and excellent service while adding new ideas and expertise to carry us forward into this century.
